Nanoelectronics is a major technology boomer in the 21st Century, with many current applications and enormous potential to alter humanity’s future in areas such as electron - ics, computers, information technology, aerospace defense, and consumer goods. Our research interests lie at the interface of high-frequency engineering and nanoelectronic devices and materials. We focus on developing devices, circuits and systems for memo - ries, sensors, energy harvesting and communication applications.
