Student Service Center

Current students with active CampusNet accounts, please log in and use either the 'My Requests' function or the ´Student Self-Service´ which can be found on your CampusNet Dashboard.

With the Student Self-Service you can generate and download a digital copy of your requested document (Confirmation Letter or Transcript) within minutes from your location. Please follow this Student Self-Service Guide. 

If you require a hard copy of your document containing a stamp and signature please use the "My Requests" function. Here you can find a step-by-step guide on How to make requests via CampusNet.

Overall a total of 15 copies of documents issued by registrar services are free of charge, after that, every additional document is issued for a €5 fee. To transfer the amount please use the university’s bank account information and include a confirmation of the payment with your email request.
