Constructor Alumni

From the pioneering class of 2004 to our most recent graduates, welcome to the Constructor Alumni network! The time you spent as a student does not end at graduation as you are now part of a greater network - we represent all graduates of Constructor University [previously Jacobs University and International University Bremen], Constructor Institute [previously Schaffhausen Institute of Technology], and Constructor Academy.

The Alumni Office works hand-in-hand with the Beyond the Pond Alumni Association and the Constructor University Foundation of America. BtPAA is the official alumni association of Constructor University, while CUFA connects alumni in the United States and allows for fundraising under US regulations.

Mission & vision

Our mission is to unite and empower alumni of Constructor University, Constructor Institute, and Constructor Academy by fostering meaningful connections, leveraging collective expertise for the advancement of our community, and representing the shared values of the worldwide Constructor Ecosystem. We aim to create a supportive network that enhances personal & professional growth while embracing the unique diversity of our community, contributing to the continued success of our alma mater.

The alumni network represents over 8000 alumni who have studied at one of our affiliate institutions. Our alumni have gone on to further studies at premier universities worldwide while working for top companies.

Homecoming

Our annual Homecoming is the premier alumni event of the year. Held annually in September, Homecoming is your opportunity to return to Bremen and connect with fellow alumni and students.

Career Fair

The annual Constructor Career Fair is held annually every spring and allows alumni to return to campus in a professional capacity.

Alumni Meet-Ups

Regular meet-ups, including happy hours and our traditional Christmas Market outings, provide regular social and networking opportunities for our alumni.
