Complaint, Feedback and Improvement

The Quality Assurance system at Constructor University emphasizes active engagement with its stakeholders to promote continuous improvement in academic programs and student experiences. An integral part of this system are the "Round Table" discussions with students, conducted usually in the Fall semester for each study program. These discussions serve as a platform for open dialogue, allowing students to share their feedback on academic content, teaching methods, and the overall learning environment. Together with the Dean, Study Program Chairs use these discussions to pinpoint issues, consider suggestions, and work with faculty and students to make meaningful improvements. The improvement actions gathered during these discussions are documented in Round Table reports and are being published on Teamwork, ensuring that student perspectives directly contribute to the university's commitment to excellence and continuous enhancement.

If you have any concerns, suggestions, or complaints, we encourage you to reach out directly to the relevant department.

If your issue remains unresolved or you’d rather address it differently, please fill out this Complaint and Feedback Form.

The Constructor University Complaint and Feedback system offers the opportunity to formalize the complaint and/or feedback in order to address critical issues in study programs as well as other areas at an early stage.

Please note that remaining anonymous may result in your feedback being addressed in a less effective manner and that a follow-up will be more challenging. Any and all information you can and/or are willing to provide can help legitimize your report. Feedback of a disrespectful nature will not be pursued and will be disregarded.

For reports of harassment, sexual harassment, and other non-academic disciplinary violations please use the Disciplinary Board Complaints Form. Reports of this nature are handled by a carefully selected small group of staff members with the necessary position in the university and professional experience and do not get discussed beyond a need to know basis, thus ensuring our commitment to confidentiality.

How Complaints and Feedback are handled:

Depending on the complexity and nature of the feedback the cycle may need 2 to 6 weeks to be completed

For further information please contact the Student Service Center at studentservice@constructor.university
