IT support 


The IT Team offer support with general technical difficulties across Constructor University platforms.

In order to receive the swiftest assistance please classify your problem to the best of your ability:

Campus Net Support

Offers support with all issues specifically regarding Campus Net access and features. *Please bear in mind that if your account has a hold you need to contact registrar@constructor.university 

Moodle and Constructor LMS Support

Offers support with all issues specifically regarding the Learning Management Systems at Constructor University (Moodle and CU LMS).

If your technical difficulty does not fit the above options please read further:

Enrolled Students should use the IT ticket system

Admitted Students and Alumni should write an email to itsupport@constructor.university. 

When reporting an issue please provide as many details as possible and if possible screenshot(s) documenting the error you are experiencing including screenshots if possible. 

Regardless which means of communication you use, you will receive an automatic reply with a ticket number. This ticket is unique for the reported issue. A student can have several tickets representing unrelated issues, but one ticket cannot be used for more than one specific issue.

Please make sure you save your ticket number. 

When following up to your Ticket please make sure you reply to the email exchange that includes your Ticket Number

If your issue is resolved your ticket will remain open for three days during which you can report further issues on the same topic if they should occur. After seven days of no follow-up your ticket will be closed. If you wish to report on the same issue you will need to initiate a New Ticket. 

If your issue is unsuitable for the ticket system please feel free to visit the physical IT Support Helpdesk during the opening hours:

Tuesday: 10:00 am - 11:00 am | 1:00 pm - 3pm

Thursday: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm | 2:00 pm - 3 pm

Directions: Information Resource Center (IRC) - Take the elevator on the left of the Circulation Desk, press number 2 and go left. 

*Please note that depending on the complexity of your issue you may be offered an appointment outside opening hours and the above directions apply. If you are offered such an appointment please make sure you bring/are aware of your ticket number. In the event of an individual appointment outside IT Support opening hours, arriving without a ticket number will void your appointment.
