Constructor University is once again pleased to announce its outstanding results in the renowned university rankings by the Centre for Higher Education Development (CHE). The evaluation includes, among other factors, student assessments of the study conditions at their university. Constructor University performed significantly above average, underscoring its commitment to student satisfaction and its pursuit of excellence in research and teaching.

This year’s survey at universities covered the fields of Law, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Psychology, Business Law, and Social Work. At Constructor University, study programs from the School of Business, Social & Decision Sciences are represented in the ranking.

Of particular note this year are the evaluations from students in Industrial Engineering, and Global Economics and Management, who gave Constructor University above-average ratings in all categories. Some of the highest-rated areas included study organization (4.6 out of 5 stars), as well as faculty supervision, examinations, and general study support (each 4.4 out of 5 stars). Industrial Engineering students also praised the overall study situation and the range of courses offered, while Global Economics students highlighted the library facilities and rooms.

All three subjects are positioned in the top group for the categories "International Outlook" and "Graduation within a Reasonable Timeframe." In the "Contact with Professional Practice" category, Industrial Engineering also secured a place in the top group, while Global Economics and Business Administration were placed in the subsequent middle group. Furthermore, the third-party funding acquired per professor in Business Administration and Management was positively noted in the middle group, as was "Support at the Start of Studies" for Industrial Engineering and Global Economics.

“The consistently outstanding results in the CHE ranking are a testament to the quality underlying our academic programs. I am particularly proud of the direct feedback from our students, while top ratings in both study organization and faculty support demonstrate that our commitment to providing excellent, personalized guidance is truly making an impact where it matters most—with the students themselves”, said Frazer Cairns, Provost at Constructor University.

The 2026 CHE University Ranking will be published exclusively on May 7th via HeyStudium by ZEIT ONLINE, and on May 9th in the ZEIT Study Guide. It represents the most comprehensive and detailed comparison of higher education institutions in the German-speaking world. The ranking incorporates both student perceptions of study conditions and data regarding teaching and research. In total, approximately 35,000 students from 265 universities and colleges participated.
