Europe’s most international university makes it to top 25% worldwide in THE Ranking
Constructor University achieved a strong improvement in the Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings for 2024 that were released on September 27th, signifying a powerful resurgence following recent transformations. The improvement by an entire range category in the global performance assessment placed Constructor University amongst the top 25% universities worldwide.
Constructor University gained a placement within the 401-500 range in the THE World Ranking, a jump of up to 100 spots from the previous year. This improvement can be attributed to the university's commitment to innovation, and particular growth in the following areas: industry income, research environment, and international outlook. Much of the progress is attributed to a higher number of publications and papers by faculty members and, of course, the university’s unparalleled international student profile. In the spring, the THE marked Constructor University the second most international university in the world. After a change in majority shareholders in 2021 and an extensive rebranding effort throughout 2022 and 2023, the improvement comes as a strong testament to the new direction of the university.
In addition to Constructor University’s improved standing, the 2024 THE World Rankings witnessed a significant increase in participation, with 1904 universities from 108 countries taking part, making the ranking more competitive than before; which in turn signals a more prominent improvement for the private university.
In line with these positive developments, Constructor University has been selected to host the prestigious THE European Universities Summit in Spring 2024. Hundreds of universities will take part in the Summit, providing a platform for meaningful dialogue and collaboration on the international stage for Constructor University.
