Thank you for your interest in our Career Days on February 04^th and 06^th 2026!

The Constructor Career Days is the ideal forum to promote your company with students from Constructor University, as well as other Bremen Universities. Whether you wish to increase your brand popularity, network with young talents or recruit for internships or junior positions, our Career Days will help you achieve your goals. More than 1.500 students coming from 110+ countries and studying in fields as various as computer science, life sciences and business are eager to meet you.

For the Career Days 2026, we chose to give employers full flexibility. The Career Days will extend over two days, with February 4^th being fully in person and February 6^th fully online. You decide whether you wish to participate in person, online, or both.

Participating in the on-site Career Day will enable you to meet students at your booth, conduct pre-scheduled interviews and deliver a short pitch about your company. On the other hand, joining the online Career Day will allow you to hold a longer presentation about your company and have 1:1 meetings with students.

The Talent You’ll Meet at Constructor University

At Career Day you’ll encounter students trained in exactly the fields driving today’s industries forward. Across our three Schools — Business & Social Sciences, Computer Science & Engineering, and the Natural Sciences — our students build strong analytical skills, hands-on project experience, and an international mindset.

From the School of Business, Social & Decision Sciences

You’ll meet future strategists, data analysts, economists, and international business professionals. They focus on global markets, decision science, psychology, and industrial management — all with a strong quantitative foundation.

School of computer science and engineering

From the School of Computer Science & Engineering

Expect highly technical talent: software engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity specialists, AI and robotics innovators, and engineers trained in cutting-edge hardware and systems design. Many of them work on industry projects already during their studies.

From the School of Science

Here come the researchers and innovators of tomorrow: biochemists, biotechnologists, environmental scientists, medicinal chemists, and physicists with strong computational skills. They’re trained to solve complex scientific and technological challenges.

Across all programs, Constructor students share three traits:
international backgrounds, strong analytical capabilities, and a drive to build real-world solutions.
