Career Symposium: AI in Recruiting
The Constructor Career Symposium 2024, hosted by our Career Services Center, brought together an amazing mix of experts, alumni, and eager students—all looking ahead to the future of AI in recruitment.
The event featured a keynote from Ankur Modi (BSc 2009, MS 2011), CTO of RedCloud, who explored the transformative role of AI in recruitment. He discussed AI-driven candidate screening, team development strategies, and the future of remote collaboration, providing valuable insights on the evolving recruitment landscape. Following his keynote, our expert panel shared their unique perspectives:
- Tasia Wagner (MA 2015), People Operations Specialist at Bryter, shared real-world examples from her field.
- Prof. Dr. Alexander Lerchl, Professor of Biology and Ethics of Science & Technology at Constructor University, spoke on the ethical considerations of AI in recruitment.
- Daniel Stojanovic, CEO of bits&birds, explored the impact of AI on headhunting and global team-building.
- Ivelina Zhelezcheva, VP of People at Constructor Tech, highlighted how her team achieves recruiting success through human-centered strategies.
