Constructor Career Symposium 2024
Can you imagine having a job interview with an avatar? What about AI screening your CV? The use of AI is growing, including in recruitment processes. While more and more programs offer support to human resource departments in selecting the right candidates, the use and acceptance of these programs is increasing too.
The Career Symposium will explore the status quo and give an overview of the ways AI is currently used in recruitment processes. The panel discussion will address the chances and risks connected to it – both for employers and for candidates. Additionally, we will take a glimpse into the future and discuss how recruitment processes could look like in the years to come, as AI continues reshaping it.
The Constructor Career Symposium is organized by the Career Services Center at Constructor University. It aims to foster a constructive discussion about a career-relevant topic and to create networking opportunities between alumni, professors, external experts and students.
The event consists of a keynote speech and a panel discussion. Panelists from different backgrounds and with various points of view on the topic are invited to share their opinions and debate with each other.
The panel discussion is followed by an open debate with the audience, where further questions will be addressed and answered.
Please note that undergraduate students who wish to receive a pass for attending the event must register for it via the QR-Code which will be available in the Conference Hall.
