The One-Year MBA at Constructor University is a two-semester, on-campus program with 60 ECTS designed for early-mid career professionals with a bachelor's degree in business, management, economics, or related interdisciplinary programs who seek to enhance their leadership impact through focused, applied learning.
The curriculum has five pillars: Leadership and Strategy, Innovation, Networking & Communication, specialization area, and Thesis. Students may deepen their expertise through elective modules in diverse fields, as well as specializations in Business Analytics or Supply Chain Management.
In today’s dynamically shifting business environment, professionals must lead with agility and innovation to navigate digital transformation, sustainability challenges, and organizational complexity. The One-Year MBA at Constructor University equips students with interdisciplinary problem-solving skills, data-driven management techniques, and value-oriented leadership styles through a practice-oriented curriculum.
Emphasizing real-world application and immediate business value, the program leverages Constructor’s interdisciplinary ecosystem through applied learning activities, collaboration with industry partners, and exposure to emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning. The One-Year MBA also offers pre-defined specialization areas in either Business Analytics or Supply Chain Management with leadership development and an applied thesis, preparing graduates to drive responsible transformation across corporate, entrepreneurial, and public-sector contexts.
