Research Interests

Prof. Dr. Cagri Bulut’s research focuses on entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship, innovation culture, digital and AI-enabled business models, strategic orientations, and their effects on organizational performance and employee attitudes. He investigates how firms build innovation capabilities, design entrepreneurial systems, and transform their business models in volatile and technology-driven environments. His work bridges theory and practice and contributes to executive education, corporate innovation, and international research projects.
