Accelerator Project Modules enable students to apply strategy either by developing start-up ventures or by driving intrapreneurship within established organizations.
The MBA program develops the ability to lead complex organizations, design and execute transformation strategies, and operate confidently at executive and advisory levels.
In an increasingly complex and technology-driven global economy, leadership is no longer about managing functions, but about shaping systems, navigating uncertainty, and driving transformation with strategic authority. The MBA Program with 120 credits at Constructor University is designed for professionals from diverse academic backgrounds with at least one year of work experience who aim to grow into managerial, entrepreneurial, and strategic leadership roles.
This non-consecutive, advanced professional master’s program combines rigorous management education with a modular and interdisciplinary learning architecture that integrates leadership, strategy, innovation, entrepreneurship, and data-informed decision-making.
