HOMEWORK 1: Erasmus+ Kagontle Booysen"ERASMUS+" — the EuRopean Action Scheme for the Mobility of University Students — is a project for the enhancement of academic exchange within the European Union (EU). "ERASMUS+" fosters the exchange of students of all degree cycles, faculty, and staff. The 27 EU member states as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Turkey are part of the "ERASMUS+" program.

The current generation of the Erasmus+ program began in 2021 and runs through the end of 2027. This program generation combines a high degree of continuity with programmatic innovations. While many of the familiar funding lines will be retained, new funding lines have been added and the program structure adapted. At the same time, the EU Commission has set Digitalisation and Social Inclusion as new priorities for this program generation. The European Commission has awarded Constructor University with the Erasmus University Charter for the duration of the program (2021–2027) in accordance with its European Policy Statement.
