Application and Fees
Below you will find all the details regarding application requirements, procedures, and program fees. We are delighted that you are considering applying for the Pre-Bachelor Semester and look forward to receiving your complete application!
Application Requirements
- Online Application Form including a Personal Motivation Statement
- Recommendation Letter from a counsellor or teacher
- Certified copies of school transcripts of the last 2-3 years and a certified copy of the High School Certificate
- Educational History Form
- Proof of English-language proficiency at minimum B1 level (minimum score of 45 on the TOEFL iBT / 4.5 on the IELTS / 140 (C) on the Cambridge Certificate (FCE) / 43 on
the Pearson PTE Academic / 65 on the Duolingo English test)
Application Period:
- Visa-required students: September 15th, 2025 – January 5, 2026
- Non-visa-required students: September 15th, 2025 - January 16, 2026

**On-Campus Housing is based on availability.
***In case students are living off-campus, no meal plan package is available. Students are welcome to use the on-campus dining options and pay with debit card or to eat elsewhere at their discretion.
Type C - double room, shared bathroom
- Size: 13-16m², plus shared bathroom and some with a shared lobby
- Price: 1,750.00 EUR per semester
The type C double room has its own layout, where the beds are above the study area and have a built-in wardrobe. This room type is the newest room type (since 2023), to increase the accommodation options on campus and offer a more affordable option.
