Dr. Peter Ruppel
- Peter Ruppel is the president of CODE University of Applied Sciences in Berlin, Germany, and initially joined as a professor of Software Engineering.
- He earned his Ph.D. in computer science from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and has a background as a Senior Researcher at TU Berlin/T-Labs.
- Ruppel co-founded Bitplaces GmbH, a tech startup in Berlin specializing in location-based services and marketing.
- His research over the past decade spans distributed systems, mobile services, Blockchain, distributed ledger analytics, and data science, contributing to various national and international projects.
