Of course, all incubator programs preach it, but most face challenges that can hinder the development of the speed and agility crucial for startup success. From rigid curriculums and lack of personalization to a lack of focus on soft skills and practicality.
We at Synthesis, however, not only preach it, we redefine it.
Over an 8-week period, we shape early-stage entrepreneurs like yourself, placing a distinct focus on assisting migrant startup founders. Who we are looking for
Disclaimer: This program is designed to transform you, and no transformation is comfortable.
We are ONLY looking for people who are driven enough to pursue their goals, curious enough to learn new perspectives, patient enough to endure the pain of things not working out, humble enough to recognize their shortcomings and adapt along the way, and grateful enough to share the knowledge they gain.
If you believe you have what it takes, the following are the application requirements:
- You must be 18 years old and above.
- Your startup must align with one of the 17 UNSDGs.
- Your team must be composed of 3-4 people.
- If you only have an idea, you are welcome to apply as well, we will then match you on the Kick-off day with other co-founders.
- You must have at least one founder enrolled at a university.
- You must be willing to commit at least 25 hours a week.

Yes, the Synthesis Startup Incubator program is entirely free of charge. For migrant founders, all expenses will be covered, except for transportation and food. Housing is available at a highly subsidized cost. Early applicants can secure their place at a discounted price of 3,500 EUR for the first 10 seats. Constructor University Students and BRIDGE Partner University students cost are covered by their tuition fee.
Yes, a decent understanding of English and the ability to clearly communicate your startup idea are necessary before applying.
