Globalization is a growing challenge to our social skills. The most successful people are those who have developed a personal mosaik of cultural influences. Scientists call this phenomenon ˜Third Culture”. New Third Culture seminars are taught to diplomats, aidworkers, top managers in preparation of an assignment abroad. Worldwide there are at least 220 million people who have developed their “Third Culture” and are leading the world towards more intercultural understanding and world peace.
