Winter School 2017
The Winter School at Jacobs University is an annual academic program in January consisting of various subject courses for which participants can earn additional credits at undergraduate and graduate levels.

"Intercultural Competence" with Prof. Dr. Ulrich Kühnen (Jacobs University Bremen, Germany)
"Literatur" with Prof. Hendrik Birus (former Dean at Jacobs University Bremen, Germany)
"Human Trafficking" with Prof. Alexis Aronowitz (University College Utrecht, Netherlands)
"War and Culture" with Prof. Brendan Dooley (University College Cork, Ireland)
"Free Expression, Humor and Terror" with Jim Lennertz (former professor at Lafayette College, USA)
"Radical Perspective in Literature: Anarchy" with Giselda Beaudoin (Rollins College, USA) and Christian Beck, Ph.D. (University of Central Florida, USA)
"Hormones & Behavior or Introduction to behavioral neuroendocrinology" with Dr. Kelli A. Duncan (Vassar College, USA)
