The official choir of the Constructor University in Bremen invites you to its traditional Spring concert on May 13th. Together with the Bel Canto Choir from the Czech Republic, the international singers put together a diverse program for all music enthusiasts. The concert will take place in the St. Magni Church Bremen and starts at 6 p.m. Admission is free.

J-Cappella, the official choir of the Constructor University in Bremen, under the direction of Rucsandra Popescu, is hosting Bel Canto, a choir from Olomouc, Czech Republic, under the direction of Jana Synková. The singers come from about a dozen different nations and offer a colorful and heartwarming musical experience.

The repertoire is as diverse as the singers and includes classical music as well as pop, jazz and film music in a variety of languages. Both choirs sing together, in smaller ensembles and also present soloists.

The cooperation is supported by the German-Czech Future Fund, the Society for German-Czech Cooperation in Europe, “Chorbegegnungen” - Funding for International Choral Projects as well as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic. Within this framework, the Bremen choir will travel to the Czech Republic for joint performances next October.
