, Falling Walls Lab Bremen 2015: Calling for talented young researchers and professionals to showcase their most innovative ideas. Apply now! July 21, 2015 Falling Walls Labs offer bright young researchers, entrepreneurs and professionals the chance to present ground-breaking research projects, initiatives, ideas and business models from all disciplines. The northern German qualifying Lab for this year’s Falling Walls Lab final will take place at Jacobs University on Thursday, October 1st 2015. Apply now! Falling Walls Labs are organised on a global scale and the winners of every preliminary international Lab will be awarded a wildcard for the Falling Walls Lab Finale in Berlin on November 8 2015 (travel and accommodation costs included).  In total 100 applicants qualify for the final in Berlin. Each competitor will receive the opportunity to present his or her research work, initiative or business model within three minutes in front of a high-calibre jury from academia, research and business. The winner of last year’s lab at Universität Osnabrück, Anubha Garg, researched possibilities on how to ensure the base supply of proteins as part of our everyday nutrition to large parts of the world. The Falling Walls Lab 2015 is hosted by Jacobs University in cooperation with the University Osnabrück and the University of Bremen. The qualifying round in Bremen is sponsored by the Techniker Krankenkasse (TK) and is supported by the Falling Walls Foundation and A.T.
