YES stands for “Young and Experienced together Successful”. It is a demographic initiative by Mercedes Benz, which aims to trigger a cultural change in the company and promote collaboration between young and experienced employees at the factory.

Part of the initiative is the exhibition “EY ALTER” which was realized under the scientific support of Jacobs University. EY ALTER views demographic change as an opportunity and replaces age stereotypes with talent and potential.

YES won the prestigious “Deutsche Personalwirtschaftspreis” in the category corporate health management and is nominated for an overall win which is partly decided by an online-voting. Voting goes on until September 15, midday.
