Dr. Irada Hageg

As Head of International Outreach and Director of the Bolashak Training Program, she leads the university’s global engagement strategy, building partnerships with universities, government agencies, and international organizations.
Holding a PhD in Business Management and Marketing, she brings broad expertise in leadership, strategic planning, and cross-sector collaboration. Her diverse and professional experience across Kazakhstan, Türkiye, Cyprus, and Germany demonstrates a proven ability to design and implement programs that drive institutional growth, foster innovation, and enhance global connectivity.
An Ahiska Turk originally from Kazakhstan and now based in Germany, she combines her multicultural background with a strong commitment to international cooperation and strategic development. She speaks English, Turkish, Russian, and Kazakh, and is currently learning German.

Magdalena Dieterle

As the International Program Coordinator and Erasmus Institutional Coordinator, Magdalena develops new and maintains university partnerships, specifically those within the Erasmus and exchange programs.  She helps manage the entire life-cycle of the Erasmus+ projects and coordinates communication between CU and Erasmus and DAAD.  Originally from San Diego, California she first came to Germany through studying abroad.  She has lived in New Zealand, Switzerland, Azerbaijan and Tanzania before permanently settling in Bremen.

Nicholas Jeschke

As the International Programs Officer he manages inbound and outbound study abroad programming, coordinating application processes, student support, and experiential education for inbound students, as well as year-long mobility for Erasmus+, bilateral exchange, freemover, and visiting partner students. Since 2013 he has worked in international higher education, beginning in study abroad advising in the United States and, since 2021, continuing in Germany. His international experience includes completing an internship in Japan in the summer of 2011 as part of his undergraduate studies and relocating with his family to Germany. In his free time, Nick enjoys exploring new destinations and spending time with his wife, young son, and their dog.

As the International Project Manager at Constructor University, she is originally from Turkey. She manages international projects including the design of short-term programs for CU students and incoming students, supports global partnerships and coordinates Erasmus+ staff mobility. She is also involved in applying for university-wide projects to strengthen CU’s international outreach. With her strong international background and multilingual skills, she is passionate about building meaningful connections between students and institutions across the globe.

As the International Project Manager at Constructor University, she has participated in multiple joint research initiatives, including collaborations with China-Europe Horizon, the German Ministry of Science and Technology, and the China Natural Science Foundation. She coordinates both basic and applied research, as well as education projects, between Constructor University and international partners, particularly universities and enterprises in China. Currently, she is responsible for the FUNDA project with South Africa and serves as the contact point for faculty on Erasmus and DAAD projects.

As the International Project Coordinator, he coordinates the Bolashak Program, a government-sponsored training for researchers and professionals from Kazakhstan. In this role, he develops academic programs, manages schedules and events, and liaises with faculty and industry partners to ensure seamless program delivery. With international experience, he is committed to supporting students from diverse backgrounds and facilitating their academic and professional growth. Outside of work, he enjoys fostering cross-cultural connections and exploring new cultures.

As the International Outreach Assistant, she supports global collaborations and contributes to the Bolashak Program, guiding scholars from Kazakhstan throughout their studies at Constructor University. She assists in developing partnerships with universities and institutions worldwide, fostering meaningful connections. A law graduate, she began her academic journey on a state scholarship, ranking third in her preparatory school exams, and later earned third place in a national moot court (mock trial) competition with her team. Combining her legal background with her passion for international education, she is dedicated to building strong global networks. Outside of work, she is a gym enthusiast, enjoys gaming and coffee, and runs a YouTube channel on game guides.
