Non-Academic Disciplinary System

All students at Constructor University should feel safe and at home on campus. Mutual respect, a peaceful atmosphere, and a friendly tone characterize studying, research and living together on campus. Every student should behave in such a way that no one feels harassed or even threatened. Constructor University has introduced the Non-Academic Disciplinary System (NADS) to punish possible violations of campus regulations and laws. It contains a graduated catalog of measures and describes the processes, responsibilities, and committees in the event of violations.

The basis for the implementation of the NADS are in particular:

• German Criminal Code (StGB)
• House rules of the Constructor University Bremen
• Constructor University housing contract
• Constructor University study contract
