Student service centerWe offer you first-level support and general information as well as document pick-up service. The student service center is located RLH 102 and 103 across from registrar services.
Contact us anytime at studentservice@constructor.university or drop by during our office hours Mon to Fri 10:00 to 14:00.
Requests via CampusNet
For current students with active CampusNet accounts, please log in and use the 'My Requests' function. Here you can find a step-by-step guide on How to make requests via CampusNet.
If you have a hold on your account and cannot login, please read this first: CampusNet holds.
If you are a former student please contact us at registrar@constructor.university.
Overall a total of 15 copies of documents issued by registrar services are free of charge, after that, every additional document is €5. To transfer the amount please use the university’s bank account information and include a confirmation of the payment with your email request.
